Mac App Store apps that fail to launch can be a sign of a damaged Ethernet driver.

If you launch an app you got from the Mac App Store and are greeted with the "Sign in to use this application on this computer" dialog, you might be affected.

Today, I tried to log in the old way, but the game crashed while logging in.

I get a black screen after pressing "PLAY" and 1 second later the error "An unexpected fatal error occurred." appears again and again, with each time a different error code.

If you receive an error message saying that an unexpected error has occurred, with a recommendation to re-start Clue, an error report will simultaneously be generated.

This creates a file (Clue10_Bugreport.txt) in the folder where Clue is installed, or it may be stored in the user profile.

I downloaded 15GB of the public test realm, but i still cant login. I am very frustrated right now, i am trying to fix this for 3 hours now, i just want to play the game! Hey Crafty Raf, Have you tried deleting the files and cache folder yet? So if the issue persists after following the previously mentioned suggestions, we would most likely need assistance from someone with a more powerful ring, someone like Velnrak. This is what i did:1) i ran system recovery, to a point before i installed the new launcher.2) i got another problem, the progress bar was stuck at 1/3.

Instructions are here: Delete the Cache Folderhttps://us.battle.net/support/en/article/delete-the-battlenet-cache-folder Deleting Fileshttps://us.battle.net/support/en/article/deleting-battlenet-files Thanks man. Now i see i coincidently changed my name from Craftyraf to Crafty Raf. But i solved it with some help.3) Now i am able to open the old launcher.4) The problem is the same after the repair tool: fatal error.5) The selective startup didnt work either... You should try to locate this before contacting us for support.Quick Answer: This error is related to running Java 8 on your Mac, which is not supported by Liquid Notes or Liquid Notes for Live at this stage of the development lifecycle of Java 8. Earlier versions of the software are NOT compatible with Java 8.An update is being prepared for the Mac versions of our software too, yet requires a bug to be fixed by Oracle.
